1) Registration fees are due by the Sunday before the tournament. Teams missing this deadline may be dropped.

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, we have a very strict refund policy. There will be no refunds within 14 days of tournament play. This is to protect the teams playing and also discourage other events from taking teams at the last minute.

Refunds will be considered, minus a $50 processing fee, for requests made via email or text only, later than 14 days before tournament play. Refunds will be administered via the same platform in which fees were originally paid.
